Dr. Deep Adhikari is a Board Certified Nephrologist specializing in kidney diseases and hypertension. He is also board certified in Internal Medicine. 

 

 

Dr. Adhikari completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. He then completed his Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He has held various faculty positions, including Chief Medical Resident at St. Vincent Hospital and currently is a teaching instructor at HMC. 

 

 

After completing his formal training, Dr. Adhikari moved to Middle Georgia to join Hypertension and Kidney Associates. Dr. Adhikari is currently serving as an active member of the Department of Subspecialty at Houston Medical Center . He holds Privileges at three Davita clinics, two FMC dialysis centers and the local American Renal Associates dialysis centers.  He is also a member of Central Georgia Medical Care Network and a  member of Central Georgia Accountable Care Coalition. Dr. Adhikari continues to have an active clinical practice in multiple locations including Warner Robins, Perry, Fort Valley and Hawkensville. He also participates in the teaching of medical students and residents at Houston Medical Center. 

 

 

Dr. Adhikari is passionate about his profession and enjoys spending time with his patients. He has a very pleasant demeanor and is well liked among his colleagues and coworkers. He is an astute physician and likes to keep updated  with recent advances in Nephrology in order to provide best-practice care to his patients. His areas of special interest in Nephrology include Kidney stones, Blood pressure management and glomerular diseases. 

 

 

 

Dr. Adhikari lived in Massachusetts for over 8 years before moving to Warner Robins and has ever since enjoyed the Georgian weather and southern food. He is married with two children and enjoys spending free time with his family. He enjoys playing badminton, soccer and swimming.
